Citizens of Saint Petersburg collected more than 4 tonnes of garbage in Shuvalov quarry. On Thursday, the territory of the quarry in Primorsky district was cleaned from the piled up litter. The event, organised by cooperative volunteers “Tasty. And that’s it” is a part of All-russian marathon to clean the territories #MyEcoDay. It was supported by the Administration of Primorsky district and the Committee of Natural Resources Management in Saint Petersburg The Youth Council at the Head of Primorsky district actively supported the cleaning up. More than one hundred people - volunteers and council members - have collected over 4 ton of both large and small waste.
