The paper presents experimental research improved blade mixer full preparation of feed mixtures for cattle. The influence of design parameters and operating modes of the mixer to the quality of the preparation of the feed mixture. An experimental set of rational values of the area, which provide for improvement of the quality of the test tap and optimal power consumption for agitator drive. We obtain a graph of the influence of geometric and kinematic parameters of the homogeneity of mixing of feed and energy costs on the agitator drive. Key words: feed mixer, feed, blade, mixer, blend uniformity.
