Annotation. The article deals with the problem of human capital theory. The significance of educational
resource in the creation of human capital is exposed. The mutual influence of the level of education and the
profit of workers is described. The basic ways of influence of education on the economic growth of the state are
singled out. The author sets a number of recommendations which will guarantee the sphere of education to
remain a factor of forming high-quality human capital in Ukraine.
