распространения православия среди айнов в XVIII–XIX вв. – одного из способов закрепления
территорий восточных окраин в составе Российской империи.

The article gives the review of the literary and scientific data about the question of the

Корейская карта российского Приморья XIX в.
(к истокам русско-корейских отношений)
Рассматривается редкий исторический источник – «Карта России» («Агук Ёджидо»),
обнаруженная в хранилищах библиотеки Чансогак Академии корееведения (г. Соннам,
Республика Корея). Карта представляет большой интерес для изучения истории
взаимоотношений России и Кореи во второй половине XIX столетия. Дается оценка
значимости источника, обсуждается вопрос об авторстве и предположительном времени
составления карты.

The XIX Century Korean Map of the Russian Primorye (To the Early History of RussianKorean Relations). S.Yu.VRADIY (Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of Peoples of

This paper analyzes a rare historical manuscript “Map of Russia” (“Aguk Yojido”) discovered
in the Jangseogak library of the Academy of Sciences of the Korean Studies (Seongnam, Republic of
Korea). The map is of the utmost interest to study the history of relationships between Russia and
Korea during the second half of 19th century. The author estimates the importance of the source and
discusses the problem of the manuscript’s authorship, the probable time of its writing, and evaluates
its historical significance.

Борьба с контрабандой биоресурсов на Дальнем Востоке России в 20-е годы ХХ века
Освещается история деятельности таможенных и пограничных учреждений Дальнего

впервые вводит в научный оборот новые архивные материалы из Государственного архива
Хабаровского края, Государственного исторического архива Сахалинской области.

Fight against the smuggling of biological resources in the Far East of Russia in the 20’s of

The article is devoted to the history of the activities of the customs and border agencies of the
Far East of Russia during the 20’s of the 20th century to prevent smuggling of biological resources.
The author first introduces into the scientific circulation new archival materials of the State archive of
Khabarovsk Krai, State historical archive of Sakhalin Region.

Битва за Окинаву и проблемы идентичности окинавцев
Статья посвящена одному из самых ожесточенных и кровопролитных сражений войны
на Тихом океане – битве за Окинаву. Одной из причин выбора Окинавы в качестве поля битвы
называется стремление Японии как можно дольше не допустить врага на «родную»
территорию. Описываются малоизвестные факты гибели мирных граждан в результате
массовых самоубийств, казней по подозрениям в шпионаже, в том числе за использование
местного диалекта. Анализируются связанные с этой битвой проблемы
идентичности/идентификации окинавцев.

The Battle of Okinawa and the problems of identity of Okinawans. Zh.M.BAZHENOVA

The article explores the Battle of Okinawa – one of the bloodiest and the most violent battles of
the Pacific War. One of the reasons of choosing Okinawa as the battlefield was the striving of Japan to
keep the enemy as long as possible out of the “native” territory. The poor-studied facts of mass
suicides among civilians and the executions of civilians as spies have been examined. The problems of
identification of Okinawans, connected with the Battle have been analyzed.

«Дело Петрова» 1954 г., связанное с деятельностью советской агентуры на пятом
континенте и приведшее к разрыву дипломатических отношений между СССР и
Австралийским Союзом. Статья основана на впервые введенных в научный оборот
материалах из газеты русских эмигрантов в Австралии «Единение».

Неолитические памятники Приморья: особенности формирования
культуросодержащих отложений и методика их изучения

Рассматриваются методические проблемы изучения археологических памятников эпохи
неолита Приморья, имеющих признаки многократного заселения и перестройки жилищ.
Предлагается реконструкция последовательности формирования культурно-хронологических
комплексов поселения Шекляево-7, механизмов разрушения культуросодержащих отложений и
образования вторичной стратиграфии.

Neolithic sites of Primorsky Krai: the specifics of cultural layers forming and method of its

The authors study methodical issues of Neolithic archeological sites of Primorsky Krai with
features of multiple populating and dwelling reconstruction. Cultural and chronological complexes of
Sheklyayevo-7 settlement forming sequence, mechanics of cultural layers destroying and forming of
secondary stratigraphy were suggested.

Ушковская стоянка – уникальный археологический памятник Севера Дальнего Востока
Последние 14С датировки, полученные методом AMS для палеолитического VII слоя
Ушковской стоянки, показали их некоторое «омоложение» по сравнению со
сцинтилляционными датировками, выполненными ранее по образцам древесного угля.
Палинологический анализ отложений стоянки позволил реконструировать природную
обстановку обитания человека на Камчатке на рубеже неоплейстоцена и голоцена и в
голоцене.

Ushki site – unique archaeologist monument in the North of the Far East. A.V.LOZHKIN,

Previous results of 14C dating obtained by AMS testing for Paleolithic VII layer of Ushki site
showed that they were younger comparing to scintillation dating made more recently on the pattern of
charcoal samples. Palynological analyses of soil samples from Ushki site made it possible to
reconstruct environmental conditions of human habitat in Kamchatka during the NeopleistoceneHolocene transition and Holocene.

Подъемная грузовая техника чжурчжэней государства Восточное Ся
Археологические источники позволяют полагать, что при строительстве Куналейского
городища чжурчжэней государства Восточное Ся, расположенного на территории
Приморского края, использовались два типа инженерных механизмов – канатная тяга для
доставки грузов и колодезный журавль для подъема строительных материалов.

Archaeological traces made us suggest that during the construction of Kunaleyskoe ancient
settlement of the Jurchens from Eastern Xia State the two types of engineering machinery were used –
rope haulage for cargo delivery and shadoof for lifting construction materials.

Земледелие на территории Приморья в период существования
государства Бохай (по археоботаническим и археологическим данным)
На основе археоботанических и археологических данных осуществлена реконструкция
некоторых аспектов земледелия на территории Приморья в период существования
государства Бохай (698–926 гг.). Составлен список из 14 видов культурных растений,
выращиваемых в то время, и выявлены наиболее значимые из них: просо итальянское и
японское, голозерный ячмень, мягкая пшеница и бобовые растения (соя и фасоль угловатая).
Немногочисленные археологические данные, дополненные этнографическими свидетельствами,
позволили предположить существование грядковой системы земледелия у бохайского
населения Приморья.

The agriculture on Primorye during the existance of Bohai state according to
archaeobotanical and archaeological data. E.A.SERGUSHEVA (Institute of History, Archaeology

The reconstruction of some aspects of agriculture in the territory of Primorye during the
existence of Bohai State (698–926 AD) has been carried out on the basis of archaeobotanical and
archaeological data. At least 14 species of cultural plants grown in that time have been identified. The
most economically important plants have been identified among them – foxtail and barnyard millet,
hulless barley, bread wheat and legumes (soybeans and adzuki beans). The few archaeological data,
complemented by ethnographic evidence, have suggested the existence traditional farming systems –
agriculture in bed in the Bohai population of Primorye.

Этногенез и этническая история негидальцев
Рассматривается проблема происхождения негидальцев, тесно связанных в
этногенетическом и культурном отношении с эвенками Охотского побережья и соседними
этносами Нижнего Амура – нивхами, ульчами, нанайцами и др. Негидальцы как
самостоятельный этнос северной группы тунгусо-маньчжурских народов образовался в конце
XIX столетия с формированием этнической территории в бассейне Амгуни. Этническое
самосознание выразилось в этнониме негидальцы, зафиксированном в научной литературе и
официальных документальных источниках.

The ethnogenesis and ethnic history of the Negidal people. A.F.STARTCEV (Institute of

The problem of the Negidal people’s origin is examined in the article. Negidal people are
closely connected in ethnogenetic and cultural relation with the Evenkies of the Okhotsk coast and the
neighboring ethnic groups of the Amur river – the Nivkhs, the Ulchis, the Nanais and the other peoples
of Priamursky region. The Negidal people as the independent ethnos of the northern group of the
Tungusic people were formed in the end of 19th century together with the formation of ethnic territory
in the watershed of the Amgun River. The increased consciousness had been expressed in the
ethnonym of the Negidals and fixed in the scientific literature and official documentary sources.

Современные легенды о заповедных уголках Приморского края
Статья посвящена одному из актуальных вопросов фольклористики – изучению
современных легенд. Для анализа привлечены легенды о географических объектах Приморского
края, находящиеся в личном архиве автора, а также интернет-источниках. Выявлены
особенности современных легенд Приморья, их сходство
и отличие от текстов некоторых прозаических жанров традиционного устного народного
творчества.

The article is devoted to one of the pressing issues of folklore – study of modern legends. For the
analysis there involved the legends of the geographical sites of Primorsky Krai, located in the author’s
personal archive, as well as some Internet-sources. In this paper the peculiarities of modern legends of
Primorye, their similarities and differences from the texts of certain prose genres of traditional
folklore are traced.

Методом ядерной магнитной резонансной спектроскопии на ядрах атомов 29Si
исследованы этоксифункционализированные дендримеры первого поколения на основе
октавинилсилсесквиоксана и сульфенилхлоридов ацетилацетонатов металлов. Показано, что
присоединение сульфенилхлоридов ацетилацетонатов металлов к октавинилсилсесквиоксану
проходит по четырем из восьми винильным группам с высокими выходами без образования
пространственно-сшитых полимеров.

In the present work the ethoxy-functionalized first generation dendrimers based on
octavinylsilsesquioxane and sulfenylchlorides of acetylacetonates of metals were studied by nuclear
magnetic resonance spectroscopy on the nucleus 29Si. It was shown that the addition of
sulfenylchlorides of acetylacetonates of metals to octavinylsilsesquioxane goes on four of eight vinyl
groups in high yields, not resulting in the three-dimensional cross-linking polymers.

Первый директор Химического института:
к 125-летию со дня рождения Б.П.Пентегова (1887–1953)
Раскрывается роль Б.П.Пентегова, профессора высшей школы, первого директора
Химического института Дальневосточного филиала Академии наук СССР, в развитии
химической науки на Дальнем Востоке. Приводятся новые биографические сведения, в том
числе о работе ученого в ГУЛАГе.

The First Director of the Chemical Institute: In Commemoration of B.P.Pentegov’s 125th

The article describes the role of B.P.Pentegov, professor of the higher school, the first Director
of the Chemical Institute of the Far Eastern Branch of the USSR Academy of Science. New facts of his
biography are revealed including his scientific activity in GULAG.

Скульптуры рыб в коллекции предметов искусства
из археологических памятников Комсомольского района Хабаровского края
Представлен анализ коллекции мелкой пластики из древних памятников Приамурья. Эта
группа источников, которую автор вводит в научный оборот, позволяет проследить развитие
обрядности, связанной с рыбным промыслом, от каменного века до эпохи культурного влияния
Китая на аборигенное население.

Sculptures of fishes in the collection of artifacts from archaeological sites of Komsomolsk
district, Khabarovsk region. Z.S.LAPSHINA (Khabarovsk State Institute of Arts and Culture).
The analysis of collection of small plastic figures of the Amur River region ancient monuments is
displayed in the article. This group of sources that the author puts into scientific circulation allows
tracking the development of ritualism connected with fishing starting with the Stone Age and finishing
with the epoch when China’s culture influenced the indigenous people.
