IN THE CEMENT SYSTEMS
ɂɫɩɨɥɶɡɨɜɚɧɢɟ ɛɚɡɚɥɶɬɨɜɨɝɨ ɜɨɥɨɤɧɚ ɞɥɹ ɞɢɫɩɟɪɫɧɨɝɨ ɚɪɦɢɪɨɜɚɧɢɹ ɛɟɬɨɧɚ ɹɜɥɹɟɬɫɹ
ɜɟɫɶɦɚ ɩɟɪɫɩɟɤɬɢɜɧɵɦ ɧɚɩɪɚɜɥɟɧɢɟɦ ɪɚɡɜɢɬɢɹ ɬɟɯɧɨɥɨɝɢɢ ɛɟɬɨɧɨɜ. Ɉɞɧɚɤɨ ɧɢɡɤɚɹ ɭɫɬɨɣɱɢɜɨɫɬɶ
ɷɬɢɯ ɜɨɥɨɤɨɧ ɤ ɩɪɨɞɭɤɬɚɦ ɝɢɞɪɚɬɚɰɢɢ ɰɟɦɟɧɬɚ ɧɟ ɩɨɡɜɨɥɹɟɬ ɢɫɩɨɥɶɡɨɜɚɬɶ ɢɯ ɞɥɹ ɦɚɫɫɨɜɨɝɨ ɚɪɦɢɪɨɜɚɧɢɹ ɛɟɬɨɧɚ. ɉɪɢɜɟɞɟɧɵ ɪɟɡɭɥɶɬɚɬɵ ɢɫɫɥɟɞɨɜɚɧɢɹ ɦɟɯɚɧɢɡɦɚ ɪɚɡɪɭɲɟɧɢɹ ɛɚɡɚɥɶɬɨɜɨɝɨ
ɜɨɥɨɤɧɚ ɜ ɰɟɦɟɧɬɧɵɯ ɛɟɬɨɧɚɯ, ɩɪɨɚɧɚɥɢɡɢɪɨɜɚɧɵ ɪɚɡɥɢɱɧɵɟ ɦɟɬɨɞɵ ɟɝɨ ɡɚɳɢɬɵ ɨɬ ɜɵɳɟɥɚɱɢɜɚɧɢɹ ɢ ɩɪɟɞɫɬɚɜɥɟɧɵ ɪɟɡɭɥɶɬɚɬɵ ɷɤɫɩɟɪɢɦɟɧɬɚ ɩɨ ɩɪɢɦɟɧɟɧɢɸ ɡɚɳɢɬɧɨɝɨ ɩɨɤɪɵɬɢɹ ɞɥɹ ɛɚɡɚɥɶɬɨɜɵɯ ɜɨɥɨɤɨɧ.
Ʉɥɸɱɟɜɵɟ ɫɥɨɜɚ: ɛɚɡɚɥɶɬɨɜɨɟ ɜɨɥɨɤɧɨ, ɞɢɫɩɟɪɧɨɟ ɚɪɦɢɪɨɜɚɧɢɟ, ɳɟɥɨɱɟɫɬɨɣɤɨɫɬɶ, ɪɚɡɪɭɲɟɧɢɟ, ɚɩɩɪɟɬ.
The use of basalt fibers for reinforced concrete is perspective way of the development of concrete
technology. However, the limiting factor of mass application of this material is low resistance of basalt
fiber to products of cement hydration. In this paper, the results of research of the mechanism of the destruction of basalt fiber in cement concrete are described, various methods to protect from alkalicorrosion are analyzed and results of experiment of application of basalt fiber appret.
