Management problems commodity stocks the Russian enterprises
The basic problems connected with management by commodity stocks in activity of the
Russian enterprises are revealed. The expediency of use of the offered marketingo-logistical
approach based on allocation of groups of commodity stocks on degree of risk of default of
the order of the client is proved.
