The article is devoted to the phenomenon of war on the material of the Russian religious philosopher’s
writings. The philosopher believes that the main aims of a sacred war are Motherland, life and piece
protection. He is sure that a war’s moral importance lies in distinction of good and evil, punishment for
sins and their redemption. He depicts contradictions and dual character of war.

The article examines the preventive actions against copyright and adjacent rights offences in
Mongolia. Expediency of explanatory work concerning copyrights and responsibility for copyright
violation is revealed. Mass media and other means are used to increase knowledge of copyright protection
among workers of law enforcement in Mongolia.
