In this article we examined the emotional intelligence and life satisfaction of the students of Psychology, Advertisement and Public Relations
Faculty of SEI in BSU (Bryansk State University). The findings showed that more than a half of the respondents have high-level emotional
intelligence and middle-level life satisfaction. During the research we revealed the interdependence between the scales of the emotional
intelligence and some indices of the life satisfaction of the students and also we tried to analyze the received results.
