ñ äðóãîé ñòîðîíû îáåñïå÷èâàåò ñòàáèëüíóþ
ôèêñàöèþ íà ìåäèàëüíîì è ëàòåðàëüíîì
êîðòèêàëàõ.
The ideal stem for a cemented endoprosthesis
is a Self-locking stem. The thin blade-shaped
cross-section from one side favours prosthesis
wedging into the femoral medullary canal,
while from the other side assures stable fixation
on medial and lateral corticals.
