In order to reduce concerns related to the expansion of tourism facilities, we recommend the introduction of restrictions on the issuing of licences related to the hospitality industry. Finally, we propose a subsidy plan for attracting capital and creating new jobs. TASK II 1) I believe that the problem of an ageing population is more pressing than ever, and that in order to have a comfortable future in old age, you should start saving now. Ideally, I see two ways for me, i.e. pension funds investing my monthly investments or creating my own investment portfolio with average market yields. We can only plan a comfortable and secure future by investing for the long term or by having a source of passive income. Financial literacy and risk menegment is a very necessary tool nowadays; no strategic financial planning is possible without it. 2) The pandemic served as a click, a lever for innovation, because in a short period of time, humanity had to adapt to the realities of the present. The IT sector was growing faster than ever before, the e-commerce segment and the capitalization of applications for the delivery of all sorts of things had grown by leaps and bounds. Learning related applications also grew. The pandemic also gave a boost to the pharma sector. The pandemic has affected many businesses and left its mark on human history. Many processes have become more automated and the digitalisation of humanity has accelerated.
