Правила приема иностранных граждан в МТУСИ.
Правила приема регламентируют прием иностранных граждан и лиц без
гражданства (далее иностранные граждане) для обучения по образовательным
программам бакалавриата, специалитета и магистратуры, реализуемых в МТУСИ.
1. Прием иностранных граждан осуществляется на бюджетные места за счет средств
федерального бюджета и по договорам с оплатой стоимости обучения физическими и
(или) юридическими лицами.
2. На бюджетные места принимаются:
-иностранные граждане по направлениям Министерства образования и науки РФ;
-граждане Республики Беларусь, Казахстана, Киргизии и Таджикистана на
конкурсной основе;
-соотечественники - на конкурсной основе при условии предоставления
документов, подтверждающих статус соотечественника;
-участники Государственной программы по оказанию содействия переселению в
РФ соотечественников – на конкурсной основе при условии предоставления
документов, подтверждающих статус переселенца.
3. Иностранные граждане, поступающие в бакалавриат или специалитет на места с
оплатой стоимости обучения могут по своему усмотрению поступать на обучение как с
предоставлением результатов ЕГЭ, так и по результатам вступительных испытаний,
проводимых МТУСИ.
Иностранные граждане, поступающие в магистратуру, проходят вступительные
испытания, проводимые МТУСИ.
4. При подаче заявления о приеме на обучение иностранный гражданин представляет:
-документ (документы), удостоверяющий личность, гражданство;
-свидетельство о рождении;
-документ об образовании государственного образца (если он получен в РФ) или
документ об образовании, полученный в иностранном государстве;
-визу (для визовых стран) и миграционную карту;
-медицинский сертификат о состоянии здоровья с указанием отсутствия ВИЧинфекций.
Заявление о приеме на обучение представляется на русском языке, документы,
заполненные на иностранном языке – с переводом на русский язык, заверенным в
установленном порядке.
Документ об образовании, полученный в иностранном государстве в случае
необходимости должен быть легализован (в стране выдачи документа).
В случае, установленном законодательством РФ, представляется также
свидетельство о признании иностранного образования.
FOREIGN CITIZENS ADMISSION
This document describes foreign citizens Admission Regulations for the Moscow Technical
University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI).
Admission Regulations regulate the admission of foreign citizens and persons without
citizenship (hereinafter referred to as “foreign citizens”) for training at bachelor’s, specialist’s
and Master’s educational programs implemented in MTUCI.
1. Admission of foreign citizens is carried out in budget places financed from the federal
budget resources and also on a contract basis with fee-paying places by individuals and
(or) legal entities.
2. To the places financed from the federal budget are admitted:
o foreign citizens in the directions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the
Russian Federation;
o citizens of the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on a
competitive basis;
o countrymen - on a competitive basis, subject to the submission of documents
confirming the status of the countryman;
Participants in the State program to assist the resettlement of compatriots in the Russian
Federation - on a competitive basis, subject to the submission of documents confirming
the status of the migrant.
3. Foreign citizens entering the university at bachelor’s and specialist’s educational
programs may at their discretion be enrolled by providing results of United State Exam or
results of entrance examinations conducted by MTUCI.
Foreign citizens entering the university at Master’s educational programs pass entrance
examinations conducted by MTUCI.
4. When applying for admission, a foreign citizen provides:

document (s) of identity, citizenship;
birth certificate;
document on obtained education;
visa (for visa’s countries) and migration card;
a medical report on the health status and certificate on absence of HIV infection;
eight black-and-white photos 3x4 cm, matt.;
Application for admission for training is provided in Russian, documents completed in a foreign
language - with a translation into Russian, duly certified.
Document on obtained education in a foreign country, if necessary should be legalized in the
country issuing the document. In the case of installed legislation of the Russian Federation, it is
also submitted a certificate of recognition of foreign education, formalized in Russian
Federation. After passing the exams, a foreign citizen provides an insurance policy and a receipt
(when applying for fee-paying places).
Acceptance of documents for the first year will begin no later than June 20.
Acceptance of documents for the first year of teaching in undergraduate and training programs
(except for incoming correspondence courses) completed:

persons entering universities in the results of entrance examinations conducted by the University
independently - to 10 July inclusive;

persons entering universities only by USE results - July 25.
