Results of study of activation of lipoperoxidation processes, insufficiency of antiradical
cellular defense in patients with nodal breast cancer (IIB stage) are presented. Complex breast
cancer treatment which included neoadjuvant polychemotherapy, surgical treatment, and radiotherapy resulted in advance of free radical blood cells disorganisation, progression of leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, and anemia as well as in marked manifestation of cytolisis and autointoxication.
