The formation of a labor market in modern Russia is complicated by long historical period of the suspension of the
market mechanism of regulation of the economy, when in the context of a planned centrally managed economy factors of
production is not a commodity and is associated with the emergence and development of new forms of ownership, new
types of economic behavior. In this regard, the article considers the main factors affecting the formation of a labor market
in Russia, the main problems and prospects of its development with the marketing component.
