CHRONOFLEXOMETRIC CHARACTERISTIC OF THE OPERATIONAL
CAPABILITY OF THE MIDDLE OB REGION RESIDENTS AGED 7 UP TO 20

The Surgut state pedagogical university, Surgut
Chronoflexometric characteristic of the operational capability of the Middle Ob region
residents aged 7 up to 20 was based on the statistic analysis of the latent time of a simple visual
and motor reaction. The comparison of the calculation criteria values of the central nervous system functional state to the operational capability level showed that the level of the students under examination CNS functional state is low or negligibly low. Slack attention, deterioration of
the temporal and accuracy parameters of the activity and significant deterioration of the operational capability on the whole characterize this state.
