In the modern world which is based on market bases,
the basic credit form is the bank credit. The basic source
of the profit received by banks, efficient control credits to
what experience of foreign banks testifies is. For this reason working out of a bank credit policy with orientation to
its perfection is represented necessity for effective activity
both separate commercial banks, and all bank system as
a whole.
