Отличия руководств по эксплуатации ЛЕКО от обычных в том, что мы не показываем последовательность
сборки. Вместо этого представлены адаптированные технические сборочные чертежи изделия (главный
вид и виды A, B, C )
Собирать изделие можно в любом порядке, если нет специальных указаний. Начинайте с того, что Вам
кажется проще. Кроме чертежей пользуйтесь фотографиями изделия на упаковке.
Опыт показывает, что сборка по такой системе легче и происходит меньше ошибок.
LECO's user manuals differ from other manuals. They don't show the sequence of assembly. Instead of this
there are adapted technical assembly drawings for the article (main view and views A, B and C, etc).
The assembly can be performed in any order if there aren't any special instructions. Begin with what you think is
the easiest part. Beside the drawings please use the pictures of the product on the package.
Experiment shows that such method of assembly is easier and less mistakes are made.
Особенность сборки:
1.
Соберите две одинаковые половины из деталей L=2048, L=1576,L=1884
2.
Установите направляющие L=1630, наденьте на них ползуны L=202, пружины и шайбы пружин.
3.
Установите перемычки L=568
4.
Установите на гриф L=2168 крюки L=220 (втулками друг на друга, винты должны попасть в
отверстия на грифе)
5.
Соедините две собранные половины перемычками L=1180,L=1180,L=1300.
Гриф должен при этом войти во втулки ползунов L=202. Установите раскосы L=281

ВНИМАНИЕ Затягивайте верхние болты направляющих L=1630 только когда гриф с ползунами поднят в
самое верхнее положение, а нижние - когда гриф внизу. После затяжки гриф на ползунах должен
свободно вращаться и перемещаться вверх и вниз.
7.
Установите гильзы на гриф, держатели дисков L=250,L=250,L=170
8.
Установите заглушки, протяните весь крепеж.
9.
Прикрепите конструкцию к полу при помощи шурупов и дюбелей или анкерных болтов (не
входят в комплект).
10.
Направляющие L=1630 обильно смажьте вначале эксплуатации и в дальнейшем каждые
2т.циклов (смазка в контейнере)
Тренажер необходимо прикрепить к полу. Рекомендуемый диаметр шурупов - 6мм
Assembly features
1.
Assemble 2 identical halves out of parts L=2048, L=1576,L=1884
2.
Install the guides L=1630, put the runners L=202, springs and spring washers on them.
3.
Install the bulkheads L=568.
4.
Install the hook L=220 on the bar L=2168 (bushings must be on each other, the screws must enter the
holes in the bar)
5.
Connect 2 assembled halves with bulkheads L=1180, L=1180, L=1300. The bar must enter the bushings
of the runners L=202. Install the crossbars L=281.
ATTENTION. Tighten the upper screws of the guides L=1630 only after the bar with the runners is in the highest
position, tighten the bottom screws when the bar is at the bottom. After the tightening the bar must slide easily up
and down.
7.
Install the bush sleeve on the bar and on the disc holders L=250, L=250, L=170
8.
Install the plugs, tighten all the screws.
9.
Attach the trainer to the floor using the screws and dowels or anchor bolts (not included in the set).
10. The guides L=1630 lubricate abundantly at the beginning of the operation and then every 2000 cicles
(lubricant is in the container)
Trainer must be attached to the floor. The recommended screw diameter – 6 mm
