to Agreement on the Provision of Legal Services of
September 17, 2012
1. Within the scope of Clause 1.1 of the Agreement, 1.

The Parties hereby agree that the Client
shall have the right to suspend the provision of
Services provided under clause 1, above, or
terminate this Addendum No.

respective written notification to the Firm. The
Firm shall resume the provision of Services upon
receipt of respective written notice from the
Client.
In case of suspension of the Services the
Parties shall incorporate necessary amendments to
the provisions on the payment of the Firm’s
remuneration contained in clause 2, below, so that
the remuneration of the Firm is made on the basis
of the days during which the Services have been
provided
and
the
compensation
of
_____________________ per calendar month.
В рамках обязательств, указанных в Статье 1.1
Договора, Фирма обязуется оказать Клиенту
следующие юридические услуги:
Настоящим Стороны договариваются, что Клиент
имеет право приостановить или отказаться от
предоставления Услуг, предусмотренных пунктом 1
выше, путем направления соответствующего
уведомления Фирме. Предоставление
приостановленных Услуг должно быть
возобновлено после получения Фирмой
соответствующего уведомления от Клиента.
В случае какого-либо приостановления Услуг
Стороны также договариваются внести
необходимые изменения в порядок оплаты
вознаграждения Фирмы, предусмотренный
пунктом 2, ниже так, чтобы вознаграждение
Фирмы было пропорционально фактически
оказанным Услугам (исходя из количества
календарных дней).
