Today there are many problems in the world, but it is necessary to start them with upbringing and education, but few people know exactly all the main problems of modern education and ways to solve them. The person’s mind, his thoughts and feelings are the most important and often influenced by the education system. Many students having got high grades at school become confused facing real problems in their adult life. They know a lot but they cannot use their knowledge practically. The best student cannot find a way out of a difficult situation in his/her life. What is the problem? Are high grades a real indicator of his/her competence? The main mistake and problem of modern education is the assessment of each student individually and according to the same criteria. We are not robots, we are people. Someone has a better memory, logical thinking, and someone creative. You cannot call one person an excellent student, and another a mentally retarded child. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a general assessment of the whole class. Then each student will not selfishly work for his own assessment, but will begin to help his desk mate and the whole class improve their behavior and knowledge in a particular subject. As a result, children will begin to learn how to work in a group, learn new knowledge. Therefore, they will learn to overcome difficulties and find the solutions together, to be sociable.
