Reports to: Manager, Digital Marketing Capabilities
The successful candidate will be a key part of the North American Digital Marketing & Customer Orchestration Team. This
team is a dynamic, innovative team that is a part of the central marketing function within TD Bank Financial Group.
Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Capabilities Specialist on the Digital Marketing Capabilities & Targeting team, you will be a part of a
group dedicated to enabling capabilities that support digital marketing acquisition programs (online and offline). There is
significant opportunity to develop customer-centric analytics technologies, marketing strategies, and segmentation
frameworks to accelerate TD’s digital growth, resulting in higher ROI, deeper customer relationships, and a better
customer experience.

some of what you may be asked to perform:
• Develop and inform roadmaps related to the capabilities implementation and usage of platforms including
Google Analytics, Big Query, and other associated ad-tech applications
• Work in a consultative role and effectively communicate value-added insights in the form of analysis,
interpretation, and advice
• Analyze core data infrastructure by recommending and implementing ways to improve data reliability,
efficiency, and quality
• Serve as a subject matter expert, adding interpretive value to data or experienced insight into a functional
process or issue.
What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to
get our attention. It helps if you have:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, digital marketing
• 1+ years of demonstrated hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience
• A degree in business, marketing, engineering, science, or other quantitative discipline
• Financial services experience is an asset, especially related to digital marketing analytics
• A broad understanding of digital marketing, cloud platforms, web tracking, analytical tools, and knowledge
of where analytics may add value to marketing and/or the business
• Site tag implementation, custom rules development and data layer development experience.
• Experience with digital platforms and tools including Google Campaign Manager (DoubleClick),
Facebook, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, DOMO, Google Data Studio, Looker)
• Ability to assess and audit current state of analytics implementations to identify gaps, find technical issues
with code or configurations and recommend optimal solutions
• Strong relationship management skills, with experience agency side and/or supporting large, diverse
internal client groups
• An overall dedication to producing high quality work and desire to continuously learn, develop and do
