MARKET VISIT 23RD MAY, 2021 LACK OF STRUCTURE/ CONTROL • They don’t maintain time strictly • They don’t have an office where they can sit and have conversation which may help to create a sense of structure and responsibility • They don’t do any end of the day meeting. This can be introduced to make the SRs feel accountable for their day SRS CAN CHEAT • SRs take order from one retailer and in the app, they split the order and make it look like they took orders from more than one different retailers • SRs take so many orders from the same retailer even though they are told not to take more than 3 orders from one retailer • SRs go to their home, call the known retailers and take orders from them. This hampers expansion of mokam as they don’t approach new retailers • While approaching retailers, SRs don’t really talk about our services. Lack of proper training. RETAILER COMPLAINS • Our prices are higher than company rates (main complain) • They order but don’t get delivered • SRs stop going after some days SR COMPLAINS • Price fluctuates in the app. Though this can happen if the SR doesn’t check the price before taking an order • Products get stocked out after taking orders • Deliveryman doesn’t wait if the retailers cant pay instantly • People from mokam call retailers and tell them they don’t need SRs to order. (Sometimes SRs give their own numbers instead of the retailer number and they receive these calls) • They have to pay from their own pockets to take order from retailers as the prices are high in our app
