Подготовка заявки • Первый этап - проведение анализа потребностей и проблем. • Разработка логико-структурной рамки • Согласование с европейскими партнерами по консорциуму, определение грантозаявителя • Доработка • Распределение заданий по написанию разделов заявки • Согласование общего текста заявки
