Before the intervention most shooters were not fully aware of the core components of their action (H-1) 2. Accurately identified core components were related to shooting outcomes (H-2) 3. Accurate execution of the individual core components of the shooting action contrasts the dysfunctional effects of distress (H-3) 4.
