NAVAL FORCES AS AN INSTRUMENT OF CHINA'S FOREIGN POLICY IN EAST ASIA
Аннотация. В диссертации рассматривается роль ВМС во внешней политике Китая в
Восточной Азии на современном этапе. По мере развития страны, Китай намерен больше
участвовать в международной системе, особенно в Восточной Азии. Он активно
сотрудничает со странами региона в области экономики. Но между ними морские
проблемы. Чтобы защищать свои интересы, Китаю необходимо развивать ВМС, но сейчас
еще не занимает доминирующее место в регионе. Учитывая сложную международную
ситуацию и свою способность, Китай должен осторожно относиться к использованию
ВМС. Не надо обострять противоречии в Восточной Азии. В будущем, помимо защиты
своих интересов, ВМС Китая должен расширять сотрудничество с другими странами, и
строить более ответственный имидж государства.
Abstract. The dissertation deals with the role of naval forces in China’s foreign policy in
East Asia at the present stage. With the development of the country, China is willing to
participate more in the international system, particularly in East Asia. He actively cooperates
with the countries of the region in the field of economy. However, they have maritime issues. In
order to protect his interests, China needs to develop the Naval forces, but now he is not in a
dominant position in the region. Given the complex international situation and ability of the
country, China must be careful about the usage of naval forces. He should not aggravate the
conflicts in East Asia. In the future, in addition to protecting his interests, the Chinese Navy
should expand cooperation with other countries, and build a more responsible image of China.
