MACROPHAGOCYTES WITHIN RATS’ WOMB BODY BIOAMIC PROVISION
SYSTEM DURING SEX CYCLE
Dindyayev S.V.
The Ivanovo state medical academy, Ivanovo
With the help of microspectral fluorescent -histochemical methods in macrophages of a
body of the womb histaminum, a serotonin and catecholamines are identified. The contents of
the specified monoamines in various phases of a sexual cycle is determined. Their maximal contents in macrophages of endometrium and a myometrium is registered in a late diestrus, and in a
perimetrium - in proestrus. Contents of catecholamins and a serotonin in points of intubation are
characterized by a high degree of linear correlation in all stages of a sexual cycle. It is supposed,
that macrophages carry out absorption, accumulation and, probably, an inactivation of surpluses
of monoamines.
