COMMERCIAL BANKS AS FINANCIAL AND TRADE MEDIATORS ON THE
STOCK MARKET

Omsk State University named after F .M. Dostoevsky, Omsk
Commercial banks act as financial and trade mediators on the stock market. Their services
are the result of transactional costs lowering and salvation of problem of information asymmetry
in the process of direct and indirect distribution of money in the securities. This article analyses
the problem of contradiction of legislative basis of financial and trade mediation in Russian
Federation and the generally accepted theory and international practice.
