Influence of pharmacological blockade
capsaicin-sensitive neurons (ɄSN) on functional
activity of thymic epithelial cells was investigated.
In the first week of action of a capsaicin, on a
background of emission neuropeptides KSN,
amplification activity of hormonal synthesis
thymic epithelial cells thymus revealed by
gistochemical method. The exhaustion of
neuropeptides in endings ɄSN resulted in
decreasing of structural reserves ɬɢɦɭɫɚ and to
reduction of number active thymic epithelial cells.
In all terms of experiment the number
aldegidfucsinplus macrophages in subcapsular
thymic zone grew, that testifies to development of
specific protective reaction - neurogenic
inflammations. Similarity of reaction thymic
epithelial cells in conditions of pharmacological
deafferentation, immunizations, ageing and action
of chronic stress is marked.
