Free, 79), e-mail: [email protected] The paper presents the resultsof the pilot study of the possibilities and prospectsof using e-portfolio forgraduates’ employmentin the KrasnoyarskTerritory.The authors haveproposed a structure foremployment eportfolio.The study was conductedon thebasis of the SiberianFederal University inthe framework of an expertseminar with the involvement of employersof various segmentsof the labor market, secondary schools, universities and collegesgraduates, teachers and administrators of secondary and higher vocational education institutions, representatives of employment agencies. As a result of in-depth interviews in focus-groups and processing data received from the questionnaires with the use of nonparametric statisticsmethods the structure and the contentofthe e-portfolio sections were developed, preferences of the employers from different segments of the labor market in e-portfolio structure were revealed. Analysis of the data received from the questionnairesrevealedcontradictions in different age groups concerning the wayof information presentation in the e-portfolio.
