Thermal decomposition of azido- and nitroderivatives of triazolotetrazineaminofurazan in
isothermal and nonisothermal conditions has been studied. As it turned out, thermal stability of
nitroderivative is close to the stability of HMX, the stability of azidoderivative is significantly less.
Burning rates of these compounds have been made and the thermocouple measurements in the
combustion wave have been done.

Thermal decomposition of the tetrazolotetrazine derivatives under isothermal and nonisothermal conditions has been studied. It is suggested that the high activation energies of tetrazolotetrazine thermolysis are due to the occurrence of preliminary isomerization of the tetrazole cycle to
