2.1. The Executor assumed the following:
2.1.1. On behalf of the Principal, to carry out necessary
negotiations and to coordinate preliminary documents with the
Buyer to Sell/Purchase Copper and to secure the conditions for
the signing of corresponding “Purchase and Sale Contract №
0109-CU”::
а) The Location оf the Buyer:
b) Counter conditions of the Buyer to the Principal which do not
coincide with conditions of the Principal’s conditions;
с) Conditions of the Buyer for the conclusion of the Contract
between the Principal and the Buyer (terms, place of meeting, the
order of signing).
2.1.2. То provide complete and actual information to the
Principal on the course of negotiations by sending fax, e-mails,
and telephone messages.
2.1.3. То organize the coordination of the pre-contractual
documentation of the Buyer and the Principal or their
representatives by means of initialing corresponding faxes and
other documents.
2.1.4. То provide storage and accounting for the pre-contractual
documents initialed by the Principal and the Buyer.
2.1.5. То furnish the Principal with the «The Financial Order» (in
a pre-agreed form) for transfer commission payments to the
Executor ’s banking accounts.
2.1.6. То observe conditions of confidentiality, non-disclosure
and non-circumvention of the Parties of the present Contract.

2.1. Продавец обязан:
2.1.1. Организовать регистрацию данного договора в своем
банке в течение трех банковских дней с момента

подтверждения наличия финансовых средств на счету
Покупателя.
2.1.2. Передать Покупателю письмо, в котором указан
назначенный работник банка, отвечающий за проведение
работы по реализации данного договора.
2.1.3. Обеспечить верификацию продаваемых товаров;
2.1.4. Подтвердить, что продаваемые им товары, в момент
заключения настоящего Договора свободны от прав
требования третьими лицами, никому не проданы, не
заложены и не переданы другим лицам в доверительное
управление, оформлены надлежащим образом, соответствуют
установленным
требованиям,
не
криминального
происхождения, приобретены законным путем.
2.1.5. После полной оплаты товаров, в течение одного
банковского дня, передать товары Покупателю по акту приема
передачи (Приложение № 5 к настоящему Договору).
2.2. Покупатель обязан:
2.2.1. Организовать регистрацию данного договора в своем
банке в течение трех банковских дней с момента подписания
данного договора.
2.2.2. Передать Продавцу письмо, с реквизитами назначенного
работника банка, отвечающего за проведение работы по
реализации данного договора и подтверждающего
платежеспособность Покупателя.
